About

We were so excited for another opportunity to work with the incredible Mali Isabel and her magical, vibrant artwork!

To acknowledge NAIDOC week, we installed an all-immersive gallery that stood in centre for three weeks; including backdrops, a floor decal and lighting, showcasing eight of Mali’s very own paintings.

Mali Isabel, an Arabana and Kokatha artist, resides and practices her art on Kaurna land in Adelaide, Australia. Combining her passion for education and painting, Mali aims to promote a deeper understanding of culture and equity through her rainbow-colored contemporary dot paintings.

ARTIST LOVE
"It has been surreal to have the opportunity to display my art at such an impactful scale. It’s been a pleasure seeing how much the community have enjoyed the installation, especially during such an important week like NAIDOC Week and beautiful to see the bright colours and culture making people happy.
