We had the chance of creating an exceptional birthday event, showcasing our expertise in event management. Our meticulous planning ensured an unforgettable experience from start to finish for the birthday girl.

In close communication with our client, we transformed the renowned Hennessy roof top bar at the Mayfair Hotel into a luxurious space by selecting and designing the event. Elevating key areas with custom decals, florals and striking neon signs which provided a captivating backdrop for cherished memories. Additionally, we organised an intimate private dinner exclusively for the family at the Aurora Restaurant, held the evening before the main event at the Mayfair Hotel. This special gathering featured custom menus and elegant floral centrepieces, introducing a natural touch of beauty.

Our attention to design detail shone through with directional signs, cocktail stirrers, key card holders, and thoughtful touches like “do not disturb” door hangers. Guests were warmly welcomed with cards and thoughtful recovery gift bags in their rooms. Our involvement went beyond logistics; we event managed the entire night, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. We also handled the installation and bump-out of the party, leaving our client free to fully enjoy the celebration and rest their head the next morning!
